Celebrate The River Day 8th June
The Celebrate the River Day has been created to highlight the opportunity the River Welland offers the town and to promote its leisure usage.
In addition to the Yacht Club's Open day there will be a flotilla of stand up paddle boards leaving the Yacht Club at 12 noon and paddling downstream through the town to the Moorings pub where a BBQ is being provided. After this the flotilla will paddle back to the Yacht Club.

Anyone with a SUP can join in with boarders arriving from 10:00am. If you are taking part please remember to bring a life jacket and you wont be allowed to leave without one.
